Receive Bike

· Remaining Payment - When you receive your bike, you'll pay the remaining fee directly to the shop, including delivery costs if selected.

· Deposit Requirement - Shops usually require a security deposit, either your passport or money. You can find this information before choosing the bike and in your booking confirmation.

· Accepted Payment Methods - Most shops accept cash, credit/debit cards, and local payment options. Talk to your shop to see what they support.

Return Bike

· Returning the Bike - Return the bike to the shop at the agreed time in the same condition as when rented. If you've arranged for the shop to retrieve it, ensure it's ready at the agreed location and time.

· Retrieve Your Deposit - Remember to collect your security deposit from the shop. The deposit will be refunded to you provided the bike is returned in the same condition as when rented.

· Final Confirmation - You'll get an email confirming the return of the bike and the refund of your deposit, along with an opportunity to leave feedback on your experience.
